2025 Advancing Healthy Births Mini Grant
The Region 5 Perinatal Quality Collaborative recently awarded mini grants to 12 organizations dedicated to improving maternal and infant health outcomes. These grants will support initiatives focused on enhancing perinatal care, reducing disparities, and implementing evidence-based practices to ensure healthier pregnancies and births. Michigan Breastfeeding Network- Bridging Gaps for Healthier Births and Families
